My experience includes five years and eight months of combined knowledge of on the job experience. Through these years, I have been responsible for calling customers regarding outstanding balances on accounts, paying all departmental invoices, providing excellent customer service, navigating company systems, and much more. As a University of South Florida alumna, I can attest that I do not remember every single lecture that I sat through. What I do remember are all of the skills that I learned while earning my Bachelor’s degree. Between completing research papers and class presentations, I developed both my written and verbal communication skills. As a professional, I am given various projects that must be completed, in addition to my normal duties. That being said, I have to work on multiple things at a time to ensure that all deadlines are met. As a student, I also completed several business classes. Through these courses I learned how to use the Microsoft Office Suite and I have expanded my knowledge of these programs, while working at the university. Primarily using Microsoft Excel, I complete daily and monthly reports that are used by the Director and Assistant Director for budge and trend analysis.
