I am an experienced professional in marketing, communications and events. In addition to that, I am knowledgeable in procurement processes and market research. I have effectively managed project timelines, kept track of deadline and ensured deliverables are met on time for my clients.
I am very resourceful with a can-do attitude. I am skillful at keeping track of administrative duties; email replies, filing and document control, social media answers to products or services, data entry, excel, booking travel, organizing meeting and events among others.
I have successfully worked together with clients on action plans as per client's business needs and have scheduled my time accordingly. I have designed email marketing campaigns, content for newsletters, and collateral marketing material. Also, I created and scheduled content for social media channels aimed to increase awareness, visibility and conversion rates.
I am based in Amsterdam and will manage all your administrative work in English and Spanish (if need be) My availability is as follows:
Monday from 1:00 pm onwards (CET),
Wednesday all day
Friday from 1:00 pm onwards (CET).
I am already committed to another client on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, I can work at night after 7:00 pm for 2 to 3 hours depending on your business needs.
Weekend hours, we can discuss as I am available every other weekend.
