We wish to signify our interest in offering our call center services. My name is Russell Aguilar and I'm one of the team leaders of Your Virtual World. Our call center is located in the Philippines and we have 50 available experienced agents. We offer inbound and outbound call center services, data entry and data processing services, back office outsourcing services, customer support services, inbound reservation support, etc. We assure you that we hire only the best agents after a demanding recruitment process. Hourly rate is $3. Once part of the team, our call center agents undergo one-on-one training and a Sales and Customer Service Certification course further ensuring that they are fully qualified and capable of meeting your goals. Our agents carry themselves in a friendly and professional manner projecting only the best image to your clients.
