Windows forms Handball(sports) statistics input software

I want a C# win forms program to input handball sports data, while handball game is on going. Not to handle anything with time´ing, but the keep count of statistics per player(16 per team), and totals per team(2 teams) The data will be inputted by writing PlayerNumber and PlayerNames. TeamNames etc. All other game data like goals, saves, penalties, suspensions, should be counted by clicking. The gathered data should be stored in some kind of array or list in the program internally for data manegement. But it is very essential to ouput data to multiple CSV files also. So data can be shared between different systems on the network. So program must be able to store the CSV files on a network drive. These CSV files data should be ordered as mentioned in the excell sheet.
