A]. Combine the Dynamic Nav Assessment sheet with the "Real Time Assessment Checks" & the "Behaviour Competency" into one data sheet without excluding any query from any sheet whilst keeping the 12 categories from the "Real Time Assess Checks".
The final results should reflect in the "Assess roadmap" per officer and per Bridge Team the graphs from the performance. (Total 5 persons per team - Master , C/O , 2nd Off, 2nd Off or 3rd Off, 2nd Off or 3rd Off.)
The database of the "assess roadmap" should include fields of which each officer/ team / vessel can historically project their own comparison performance.
B]. The main data sheet shall include the "experience matrix" which will contain : The rank, Nationality, Years in service with Operator, Years in service in Rank , Years in service with Tanker type, Years in service with All types of vessels, Months onboard the vessel, Years of Watch.
Diagrams showing the correllation of the "Experience Matrix" vs the Final Performance" per person and per team and vessel. Same historical comparison data to be able to collect and project.
C]. On a sheet to appear the "Self Assessment" which shall include the combination of the : "Real Time Assess Checks" & "Behaviour Competency"
