Property Sales App

We are a small team of 6 estate agents who sell properties on behalf of our clients. We need a web-based app that allows each of us to log in with our own username and password, and input information into our database. We need to be able to add, edit, update and delete these property records. This app must be responsive to screen sizes as we will be logging in using laptops, tablets and smart phones. All records of properties must be visible to all other agents, and we will require search functionality for the various attributes that appear in the database. We will also require about 3 or 4 report short cuts, and print function. We need to be able to upload several pictures for each property. We also need the following issues solved: 1) How best can we input property information sent to us via whatsapp, SMS, and Email? 2) What can we do when an agent is in an area with no internet access but needs to input some records in the app so that the information gets uploaded to the app’s database when the gadget connects to internet? Maybe an offline form that can be exported to our web based app with a simple click of a button? 3) How long would this project take to complete?
