StyleGAN2 (or similar) based Windows app for face creation

PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY, BEFORE APPLYING TO THE JOB! Hello Upwork. This is the 3rd time i post this job, as i haven't had the luck to get it solved the 2 other times i hired a developer / coder for it. So please, in order not to waste your own and my time, make sure you have understood the task 110% and have the needed skill set to solve it. Feel free to ask if you have the slightest of questions. Short version: I am creating a mod for a Football (Soccer) Manager game, for which i need to generate around 100.000 images of faces, utilizing StyleGAN2 or something similar. Long version: I am not a coder / developer, and my technical knowledge in the field of Deep Learning and StyleGAN2 is therefore none existent. But by researching and visiting the webpage "thispersondoesnot [login to view URL]", i believe StyleGAN2 is the right tool, to solve my issue. I am looking to build a small and very simple Windows app / UI, which would be able to generate X amount of faces for me, in the style i have provided as attachements in this job (see "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]"). Faces MUST fulfill the following criteria: - Human / face must look aged 18-28 - Must be male gender - Face must be shown from a straigh frontal angle (portrait style) - Only face, hair and upper part of neck can be visible (no shooulders, upper body ect.) - Whole head needs to be visible, with no parts being cut-off outside the frame (hair, years ect.) - No hats, glasses, scarfs or other accessories - If clothing is visible at neck area, must be basic (t-shirt neck - no big jackets, hoodies ect.) - Image quality must be high / same as provided examples - Output files must be .png file format - Image file size must be 250 x 250 pixels - Face must be placed (cut-out) on a transparent background - Cut-out must be clean, with no pixealtion, noise or parts of background visible around the edges I HAVE: - A training set of 300.000 .png images of real human player faces, in the style i want the GAN to produce, we can use for training. - 2 powerfull computers, one with an RTX 3080 and one with a RTX 3090 GPU. - Time YOU HAVE: - The knowledge and skills to put together the app for me.
