I need a designer

Hello and thank you for posting your renovation project. I would like to offer my assistance in this regard. I have 14 years architectural and interior design experience working on similar projects across the world. My most recent being a 5 bedroom Colonial house in Connecticut. I presume your listed budget would include the project in its entirety? My personal fee for design and detailing services will be $3500 and will include the following milestone phases. 1. Concept design consisting of design ideas and finishing storyboards, sketches and layout options. A from the drawing board start if you will. Once a concept is confirmed we move on to the next phase of the project which is, 2. Concept refinement where we decide on a final layout, initial finishing schedule and basic furniture and equipment. This information will then be incorporated into detailed 3D visualisations giving you a clear indication what the space will look like. Next phase leading off of the above will be, 3. Detail drawing sets including all plans for construction and joinery manufacture. This will also be accompanied by a specification booklet covering finishes, furniture, fittings and equipment all from locally sourced suppliers. The last phase of my projects is a free of charge after sales service where I make myself available for remote assistance through video calls and I also assist with briefing any contractors should it be needed. Throughout the project I will be in close communication with yourselves making sure at all times that any concerns are addressed and all project aspects are covered.
