Upgrade a website runnIng on prestahop 1.2 to latest version

Website running on Prestashop Open Source eCommerce platform. Current version : v1.2 We need securely to upgrade the website, with all database content (customers, orders, product...etc.) to the latest prestashop version : V1.2.4 , without any bug. We have a new Banner and new theme to be embedded into the new version 1. Contact us link : customer to send a message to customer service has to be active. 2. Possibility for customer to have his password changed by having one new password resent to his email address has to work properly. 2. Search function has to work properly. 3. URL Rewriting has to work properly. 4. Website to look good on all browsers (mozilla, ie, safari...etc.) 5. Major functions of the website, and possibilities offered by Prestashop must work properly. No other major bug in the upgraded version. NB : The soonest, the better. If project is conducted well and in time, it'll opens new opportunities for future pending projects we have.
