Track. Oh boy, I hope I'm not late to this one. Altium Designer pro here. Wait, you guys are from Australia, this is probably just Altium, Inc. trying to catch unlicensed users, right? :) Anyway, have completed various two to six layer boards in AD13 to 18 over the last ~10 years. Projects include things like: random utility boards (2-4 layer) - sensors, breakout boards for STM32/etc. Interface conversion boards: 2/4L - HDMI to MIPI, HDMI to DisplayPort, various DisplayPort->eDP adapters. RF/digital TV receivers for test & measurement for Japanese ISDB-T/S broadcasting. 4/6L: Allwinner-based settopboxes and DTV receive/processing boards. Allwinner-based digital signage player (A20, SD, Wifi/SDIO/Ethernet). Too many different projects to list, really. Pretty good understanding of DFM/DFA, since I also run a local assembly shop, so things like BOM optimization, component selection/substitution, multisourcing, designing on existing 3D enclosure/etc, avoiding making double-sided assembly when not necessary to reduce PCBA cost, etc etc. I am quite busy but depending on how interesting your projects are I'm willing to consider working on them. Please note, hourly rate is NOT a joke, however I do get things done (and I would like to think in much shorter time than comparable "engineer" billing at $3/hr) And since we're at the end of the bid, it's time to say that last word: complete

Hi. I have hands on experience in cadence and altium software's for making multi layer pcb layouts. Have made up to 4 layers board which is shown in my portfolio. Also I know the words substrate and track used for route and familiar with terms DFM/DFA.

I've been working on a projects that involve Power supply design, surge and burst protection, EMI filtering, AFE circuitry, DC/DC converters, ADC, DAC, micro-controllers and also enclosure design. I'm familiar with various types of production processes. I've optimized boards for pick and place machines, selective soldering, wave soldering, etc. I think that I can manage to work with team in AEST time zone (I'm in GMT +1). Substrate for PCB used by me is FR-4, CEM-1 CEM3. Minimum Track Width used by me is 0.304mm. I have design board for SMPS 5W -500W. Having 4+ experience of multi layer PCB design. I have also experience of design PCB for various Automation devices for industries and home. I have work experience for design and PCB Testing. I design board by considering IPC 2221,2222A standard.
