I'm in need of a qualified Technical Manager with strong automotive, mechanical, electrical, and industrial production engineering skills. The person need to coach and execute following some tasks (but not only limited to this).You will be responsible for: - Industrial test engineering standards - Testing process depollution and optimization - process strategy and costs - ensure cycle times and cost targets reduction in production - Know and support proof of concepts - Support Design Reviews in improving the industrialization - Support PFMEA/MFMEA for testers and flashers - Overseeing and managing technical aspects of our automotive project - Offering coaching, support, and conducting technical design reviews for the team members - Ensuring productive coordination with other departments - Implementing and maintaining effective quality control measures The main objectives and goals of the project include development of new automotive products, improvement of existing automotive systems, reduction of production costs, and an overall increase in efficiency.
