Matlab task and image processing

The attached file includes satellite data that related to Iraq/ Mosul, and the image represents study area(ROI), Mosul Dam reservoir I need your help to implement my project using different types of Landsats (8, 7, MSS)in different years(temporal) for the region of interest (ROI). with Matlab and digital image processing after each step give me to report for results something like figures, tables, and flowcharts. Also, need your help after that to publish a paper in one of SCI journals.
