Help develop PIC program to drive a custom coffee brewer. Need to read a flow sensor, NTC or RTD sensor, 2 x rotary encoders, 6 x pushbuttons, real time clock chip. Need to drive 2 x 20 VFD display module, around 8 outputs (some perhaps PWM), 1 x analogue output (4~20mA or 1~5VDC). Need to have 'user friendly' menus and info display. Program to execute a sequence of temperature sensing, flow rate sensing, output switching and delays - according to user's selections. Users can store preset groups of settings to flash.
Future revisions may include USB configuration, ethernet, etc. First version to be done at lowest cost to provide basic operations for 'proof of concept'.
You provide desired schematic (rough sketch OK). We will design and produce PC Board for prototyping and production. Looking for somebody to work with us long term on this and other projects.
Sydney based preferred, but prepared to work with anybody online. Please provide examples of your work.
Hello
I have 3 years R&D experience in a private organization in Pakistan. I have done many projects using PIC(16F877A,18F452) and 8051(89c51,89c2051,89s55) microcontroller.
In these projects i have interfaced many digital and analog I/O.
Analog: LM35 temp sensor,Battery Voltage,RTD
Digital: Wind sensor, Tilt sensor, RFID reader Ultra sonic sensor
I have design a Prototyping board for code testing on PIC
Before going to hire me. you can ask me the question what aver you want.
Wow! I haven't been asked to design a computer based coffee maker since 1976 when I realized it was easier to brew on top of the computer power supply than regulate the cycle using programs. Seriously, once I know the full parameters, putting together a rough schematic to integrate the controller is just a matter of thinking the full design through. After you manufacture the prototype, I will gladly bid on the firmware separately.
