Android Firmware developer needed specifically for tablet with A10 chip -- 2

You must know the android firmware related specifically for Allwinner A10. Basically, I want to get a root access to my Tablet, on which there is a custom ROM and the real issue is that even after enabling the USB debugging mode I cant get access to it. So, basically thats what you will be managing at first. Its a tablet, with allwinner A10 chip and android ICS version. What you can do - you can completely change everything in the tablet as far as the firmware is concern. What I would need is properly working tablet at the end.
