TDC1000 Expert Required

I need to use TDC1000 and Two Ultrasonic sensors for Tx and Rx. The Ultrasonic waves will be transmitted from one end of a small pipe and received at other end. The pipe will be filled with Milk. There will be a heater and temperature sensor attached to the pipe. once the milk is entered into the pipe, the heater will start and once Temperature reaches 55 Deg C, Heater should Off and ultrasonic measurement would start. I need to get the Sound absorption value and Sound velocity value as the result. The measurement Time should not exceed 5 second. The ultrasonic sensor will be 4mm Peizo crystal with 40Khz resonance. I would prefer to use Arduino or raspberry as the control unit A 16X2 LCD should display the measured data. Refer attached image for schematic. The Delivery scope will be: 1.
