I am presenting this proposal for being assigned to act as a real estate assistant to do all administrative tasks as mentioned above: data entry, pulling lists, emailing, messaging, CRM management, skip tracing, finding property information, etc. I worked with several real estate investors and agents in the USA and am very much aware of the tasks related to this business. I have more than seven years of experience in this sector. I am looking for this type of Job since I lost my job due to the slowing down of the real estate business for the last couple of years. I used so many real estate tools like Propstream, Foreclosure, Vacant Data feed, Batchdriven, Podio, REIsift, Propelio, Deal Machine, Skip Genie, Court House Records, County Sites, Mailchimp, Gmass, Canva, ChatGPT, etc. If you give me a chance I will do my best to get hot leads which may turn into a deal-closed. I will execute all my duties with efficiency, sincerity, honesty, and confidentiality. I am willing to learn new things, new tools, and the process. I believe in long-term sound work relationships rather than financial benefits.
