Our company is seeking an assistant experienced in residential real estate investments. Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Lead Generation: List building and cleaning Pull lead lists from various data sources (Propstream, Privy, GoHighLevel, REI Reply, REI Lead Machine) Data Entry Mailmerge (Excel and Word) Implement direct mail campaigns Graphic design (using Canva) Flyers Company branding Create graphics and property promoting materials Research Look for the real estate agents and their contact info for specific properties Look for homes for sale on Zillow with Keyword Search Look for properties which are behind on their property taxes Look for contacts at various buyer companies Create maillists and send bulk emails (Mailchimp) Website updating Listen and respond to phone messages Social media posting Scraping names/emails from Facebook groups Data Entry Update CRM Creating letters / emails Technical Skills: Highly efficient with Google Docs, all Microsoft Office Applications, Zoom. We will train on real-estate-specific tools. === Real Estate-Specific Tasks=== Property research: Comparables of similar properties Propstream: Search for Properties Listed Below Market Cold calling Responding to SMS Sending SMS Pulling property tax information Pulling foreclosure and tax lien information   20 to 40 Hours each week for long-term role with a company investing in real estate in the U.S. Candidates must fit in with company culture and add value through their insights and experience. Candidates must be very persistent and great at following up, must be great at following instructions and company procedures, be skilled at managing time and prioritize work, and have a passion to accomplish goals! Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with sellers and all levels of company; be 100% responsible for the effectiveness of your peer-to-peer communications.
