Business B2B/B2C ECommerce Website,CMS

I currently have the following websites listed below. I am looking to redesign / replace all of these and combine them as **_ONE_** website. [[login to view URL]][1] (package 1&1 internet) [[login to view URL]][2] ([login to view URL]) [[login to view URL]][3] (package 1& 1 internet) Some of the problems being experienced as follows - very old restrictive technology - no cms solution - shopping cart not integrated to business site - all packages very, very restrictive - shopping cart - basic to say the least There are numerous platforms and solutions to choose from and i am looking for someone /company that is able to design & development a full B2B and B2C solution for me which will allow ultimately the easy integration or bolt-on of other applications including Sage Accounting software (Sage Accounts 2001) I am looking for a 2 skin solution with the same back end and fully open to suggestions on what platform or platforms to use. The 2 different skins below will be further divided into 6 main categories - Roofing - Homebuilder - Landscaping - Pond & Lake Liners - Industrial - Environmental The coder must please kindly provide examples of work actual done by coder ( please be specific what you were specifically responsible for on the site). I am looking for a long term relationship with ongoing monthly work..... ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
