Hi, I use Simulink at my work to make simulink schemes that with the use of Real Time Workshop toolbox become C software for the engine ECU of a F1 car. I would be happy to help you developing the model. What are your requirements?Do you have the physical equations of the model? If you have those it is very easy to implement a simulink scheme, if you do not have it and we need to model it than it can a take a bit more time. I am not an expert at all in medicine but I guess for sure there will be an accumulator in the model, like a condensator, that will have the charge depending on pressures.
