I just set up Zoho Accounts. I have linked my credit card to the account, and all payments have been included to the account. I am looking for someone who can make my accounting as automated as possible, and to help me introduce daily and weekly procedures. You must be proficient in English, do not contact me if you find it hard to explain complicated tasks. We also have Zoho CRM set up, so if you need to use the CRM and Books together please let me know.

Make sure all payments out and payments in are recorded correctly in the correct area
Help set up projections for profits and inventory
Discount deal sales - This is the most important part of this job. We run short term sales with corporate clients all of the time. We need to be able to project what stock will be needed, re-ordering stock notifications, payment updated. We get paid for each deal in two separate payments, the percentage of the payments can change, and the days between the payments can be different. We need to be able to see what inventory items are on sale, what items will be on sale in the future, and we need to be able to increase the amount of items we have up for sale.
