Role would start at 5 -10 hours per week and would grow as familiarity with the staff, company, and workflow increases. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager (EA/OM) will work with our Sr. Estimator, who presently oversees office management and administration alongside field coordination and estimation. The long-term goal is for the Sr. Estimator to step back from most office administrative tasks, allowing them to be absorbed into your role as EA/OM. To start off, the EA/OM duties will include carrying out administrative tasks, managing calendars, answering emails, organizing office workflow, and meeting with the Sr. Estimator regularly to help him strategize and organize his workweek. Duties and role capacity will expand over time so being open to wearing many hats is key. For the first few months, remote meetings with the Sr. Estimator will be expected, but as the role grows more independent working is expected. Assets: - Strong skills and comfort with PCs, Apple Products, Windows Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Adobe, Dropbox - Excellent time management skills. - Strong English communication skills; must be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing. - Organized and a great listener. - We're essentially searching for a human whiteboard.
