Busy office in search of a long-term Accounting/Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant 40 hours per week. The right person thinks outside the box, is a problem solver, tech savvy, friendly, ability to independently see projects through completion. The ideal candidate for this position should have strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills and experience working in a deadline-oriented office. To ensure a complete understanding between us, we need to describe the scope and limitations of the services we will provide for you. I propose "What We’ll Do" We will review your accounts on the balance sheet and income statement, your transactions for the year, and your existing QuickBooks setup (if any). We will balance the general ledger to subsidiary records. We will make suggestions for improvement in areas where we see errors and improper use of QuickBooks. We will also identify areas where you may not be utilizing QuickBooks software to the fullest. These include customizing reports and forms, changing QuickBooks company settings, and adding features such as class tracking. We will answer your questions as needed.
