Excel VBA Expert... Need a person with macro expertise

Hi, Though its my first project on this website, but I have overall 5 years of professional experience working with MNC in consulting domain. I have lead multiple projects to automate reporting dashboards. I have created Macros using VBA. To exemplify, one of the project involved copying specific data fields from monthly sales report and develop full year/Year-to-date reports, compare it with data in previous years, perform trend and variance analysis through automated charts and conditional formatting. I developed a tool using Macros and VBA. As soon as you open the tool, a macro automatically runs, it goes to a specific location where latest monthly report is saved, opens the latest file, automatically copies the required data and pastes it in the tool. Every field gets automatically updated as soon as you open the tool. Now you can analyze all the data using a very user friendly dashboard, where I gave drop down options of multiple fields, options to generate charts, export specific set of reports and many more useful functionalities.
