I have a presentation for a Canadian division of a company that I already sell in the US. So when I go in to see this person I can use information from my existing US sales. What I need is some positive sales data to take up one page of a PP presentation. You do not need to format it for PP just so I can give it to the person doing the PP. Things like sales per market, per store per linear foot of selling space. I also added stores to our US market in 2013 so I can highlight how the new stores are doing and more importantly how they are trending. So year over year sales etc. The only metric that I know they are following is sales per linear foot. I am really open to ways to make the data look strong. I would like to somehow show that the 120 or so stores that we opened the end of 2013 are doing well. It takes awhile for a new product to gain traction. So showing trend of original stores vs. stores opened more recently could be a positive story for us.
