animated gif or flash quick turn around

I need someone to recreate the introduction of a video from 00:15 to 00:19 . I would also like to have the outro recreated from 5:00 to 5:06 but I only want the effects of the ribbons, nothing else. The video is: [login to view URL] for the outro I also want to have the animation I am attaching added to the ribbons but cleaner that I created. Background is to be blue, I will send you a sample template with color. This is two seperate animation. I also need the entire intro up to 00:19 redone lastly. I need the primary two now. If you decide to create it in flash, please know how to input it into a powerpoint presentation or be able to tell me how to. I have a 4 hour urgency and am willing to pay $15 for it. Please someone help. I need this like two days ago. Thanks.
