animated video 30 secs flash characters are provided

Looking for a video editor to create a 30 second video to promote our website. I will provide you with a sample video where we want a similar one (but not the same of course). I need 3 variations. Only the first 6 seconds will be different in each version, the remaining 24 seconds are always the same. This project will have to be done with after effects. Once done, you will send us the ready made video AND all editable files so we can edit with after effects if needed. No audio necessary.ç LOW BUDGET!
