Business partnership with an overseas Webdesign needed

I am an American webcompany looking to expand. I am looking for an overseas company who can provide quality web design/flash/logo/graphics, etc. I will provide the clients and you will provide the website design. I will add the content and be the face to the American customers. I will pay for each website needed, and then have a working relationship with you to maintain the customers websites, and build new ones. If you are a overseas QUALITY web design and are wanting to get more work in America. Please drop me a line. You must be able to speak some English as we will need to communicate over Skype on projects. Please send me a portfolio of your work. I am looking for only quality web design companies. Also, if you are really expensive at first I probably will ignore you. I am looking to spend no more than 150 on the website and then pay you a monthly fee to update the website. The monthly fee would be roughly 10-15 per hour. I will pay more if you are a great company and you prove yourself. YOU MUST PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL WORK AND SEND ME A PORTFOLIO.
