Flash Banner/Menu and minor webwork needed- design provided

I am looking to create website for a healthcare resources company. I already know what the site should look like. The template that i liked from another site is [login to view URL] i want create a page that looks like this one. the pictures used on this should be replaced with non copyrighted pictures relating healthcare field (you will have to provide) the menu effects should be the same as shown or better. (a subtle white design on the balck area of the banner shown will be good if it makes the look better and more sophisticated). clicking on each mnu item should highlight it and make into a color page etc as shown in example. Need it done pretty soon. responses with samples only please. The pages for different links will be the same one copied and saved in different names. so only one page needs to be created. will need to make a style sheet to define font style, size, table border, style etc.. in the current sample page shown on template, anything to make it look nicer will be appreciated. thought this will start as a simple one page site for now, there will be opportunity for more work in near future if the work is good.
