Website design

Hi, I need the design and integration of a website design, logo and flash banner/header. The Header will be the same on each page...so its just 1 header. The pages are very simple..just a few nice images. Most of the text is already there. The website is already running with a back end, so the design should just be a swap over with the website keeping its functionality going with no major downtime. I have a mock of the flash banner which you can just improve. My budget for this is $100. Ready to start now.
