Code simple Flash program [using our Video Player]

We need a Flash expert to code a simple embeddable program ("widget") for our video show. Most of the work is already finished; the program will be built using our video player and some images that we will provide. There will be two versions. Here is the design for the "Show" version: [login to view URL] Here is the design for the "Clip" version: [login to view URL] Here are the main points: 1) The full screen feature on our video player should be removed, and the width of the player should be adjusted (more narrow). Then we want this resized so it has the same size as the video player that you see in our designs. 2) We want some pop-ups that will pop up after the buttons and logos are clicked. [Note: We already have the basic code for this, because the pop-up for the "SHARE" button on the "Clip" version is finished.] 3) For the "Show" version, we want new 'SUBMIT NOW!' and 'SHARE' buttons.
