Development of website and app

My name is Nikos Sarvanakis and I am living in Belgium. I am interested to start my own company and I am in search for a web developer to work with. Through my search I have noticed your projects and good quality. I would like to ask for a cost estimation to develop and design a website service similar to "AirBNB" but with a different context of service. Specifically the website will need to have the below functions: - Easy to use - Profiles for end user / Profiles for service provider - Ability to for each service provider to describe his work and skillset and set his/her own price. - Review section for end users - Secure Payment Process - Ability to charge Commission and provide special offers - an App to replicate the website The company will be based in Belgium.
