Update Google Adwords Script - With Abs. Top Impression Share to replace discontinued Bid to Position Average Position Bidding Tool script by Brainlabs no longer works as Google Discontinued the rank position feature, it has been replaced with absolute top impression share feature. So hopefully this is not too hard to fix and adjust this script. Google now has their own position bidding advanced search option but this only works at a campaign level, not the keyword level like this script.
