Design a Google Adwords / Adsense Banner to advertise my Forex website.

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer who can design me some banner ads for Google ad words to advertise my website. I would prefer they were animated flash banners, but if you're skilled enough to get the attention of viewers using static images then great. My website is a Forex trading education website. Looking to have the banner designed to fix all the accepted sizes from Google. The designer should have a good understanding of how to capture the attention of viewers to maximize the click through rate of the banner image. Will be looking for past experience.
