I have a hi res PDF file of a 112page landscape photographic book. It is currently in print and has been selling instroes for a couple of years, and I would now like to now convert it to an ebook, ibook for sale in Apple's iBookstore. I am already approved to distribute content on the Apple Book store. I would like the epub/ibook to work best for the iPad - the physical book has many photos which go across 2 (landscape pages) I would expect those to sit in 1 page. I would also like the book indexed from the content pages as well as to the index of photographs n the back of the book. I will be able to upload the pdf to the successful candidate. If you need more detail, please contact me - I would prefer a fixed quote.
