Assessment Game

Recently the head of our company has asked me to do a project which isn't in my field of expertise. He has asked me to design a game based around "the amazing race" In this game you will run through the streets (2D/3D) and overcome obsticles in order to reach your target, When you reach the target you will then have to answer a series of questions. After about 20-30 task completions when you reach the finish line you will then be told (Based on your answers) what field you may be best suited such as sales/IT/Design/Accounting ect ect. Once completed the score and result will be loaded into your profile so everyone else may compete. This project will require graphics design as well as the programming to make it all work together and also an SQL database feature to implement it into a website and record the data. Usually when the head gives me a task I'd learn what is required then try to complete what he asks but in this intrance he wants in finished within a month and i simple don't have enough time with current projects I'm doing. I'd really sppreciate anyone willing to give me ideas/help and they will be compensated. Please read the project first and write the word "Understood".
