Character development and learning materials for children

We are seeking a talented illustrator for the following items: * 1 character development * development of poster with 35 letters on it from the Punjabi alphabet (each letter with a little picture) * development of simple memory game, learning the different colors in punjabi (about 12 simple cards/images in total) * development of flash cards relating to food items in Punjabi (about 24 cards/images in total) The images for the poster and cards will be quite basic and simple (ie picture of a carrot) and will not require a lot of detail.
