Cover design for Ebook (Kindle and Nook)

I need a cover designed for my novel APOCALYPSE ON BROADWAY, which will be sold as a Kindle book and ebook. Think patrons fleeing from a Broadway theater on fire, or the playwright kissing the beautiful young blonde ingenue in front of a Broadway theater going up in flames, or loonies kidnapping someone in front of a theater on fire. The novel is a satire of Broadway written by a playwright whose first musical (Pay Toilets, A Sentimental Journey) has just opened, even as a series of strange murders occurs in Shubert Alley and Broadway itself is being threatened by a group of loonies who want to burn it down. Parameters: 600 px x 800 px Jpeg 167 ppi - 300 dpi - highest resolution you can get while staying under 127 KB (72 dpi just fine). Cover should look good when large catalog cover image is automatically resized to about 1500px -- high large fonts and not too busy covers best. I am going to have the electronic document formatted to fit Kindle and Nook but need a cover design to incorporate before I send out the full document for formatting. Thanks.
