iPad Book Development - Children's Book

The client is am looking for someone to help create a children's book for the ipad. He plans to provide content and that is all. He needs a developer who can help with the illustration and the entire development of the book. This book will no be more than 20 pages of simple illustrations and writing. The content will be in Armenian which we will provide along with the fonts. He is very detail oriented and would require someone who responds quickly to emails and questions. You must be able to communicate well in written English so that there is no confusion. Please read the project first and write the word "Understood". Also write your steps and suggestions to complete the project with a short description of what you understood.
