Build a Dynamic / Response Wordpress Website (Melbourne, Australia)

Hello, Our company is based in Melbourne and runs several small businesses in Australia in the building construction industry. We are looking for someone in a to develop dynamic Wordpress websites for us. There are 7 websites in total we need created/upgraded so there is a bit of work and we are looking for the right person to do them all. We would be happy a good hourly rate or budget for the right person. We have not had much luck in the past with previous Freelancer accepting without even reading the scope! Please do not waste our and we will not waste yours :). GENERAL 1. We are looking for an awesome individual (not a team), to build the site. We just want to deal with one person who is not a middle man. 2. Need to provide 3 examples of projects they have created for others in Australia using Wordpress and perhaps an example of the backend and how to make changes. 3. Upon completion of the first website, we will assess whether you are suitable to make further websites for us. 4. We will require you to send weekly reports of work completed with screenshots. 5. We will require video tutorial or informative emails for our staff to update the sites. 6. We only require you build the website, we want to be able to operate and update it. 7. Dynamic/responsive website meaning they can fit to all LCD, Ipad, Iphone etc screens). 8. Create your own theme on our scope LANDSCAPING WEBSITE The first website is a landscaping website for a new business. It is not e-commerce site and really it will be used as a test to see what you can do. SCOPE: 1. Template / backend platform - easy to access and add information and media into. It must also be easy to add products and photos. 2. Dynamic / responsive 3. Easy to add metadata and SEO to file names 4. Ability to link with social 5. Loads quickly (no fancy transitions between pages or slideshows) 6. Simple and clean 7. Easy to navigate 8. Compatible with IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc 9. SEO for 'low maintenance landscapes' 10. Pages: - About (what we do, how we do, why we do. where we do) - Products, - Services, - Projects (blog), - Contact Us (map, e-form) - Home Page (needs feed on latest blog, products. The rest is up to you!) BUDGET: We have allocated a budget of $250.00 for this project as this is a basic website and really just a test to make sure you are able to complete our other sites.
