we would like to create website similar to Zopa and Ratesetter in the UK, these are peer to peer lending sites with same functionality and design payment will not be released until we are satisfied that project is done and tested, milestone of 10% will be created but not released till the end all the functions must be tested, also website must be translated, i will provide translation website must have all the functionalities as you can see from sample sites please only bid if you have previous experience in similar field, you need to be able to understand project before committing to it. thank you all
