Design an App Mockup (Android)

We are building a mobile application (Android to begin with) and we seek a high quality, visually appealing, super user friendly and professional design. We not only seek UI but also UX because our users are relatively new to android platform (developing nations) and it is important to present data in such a way that application doesn't intimidate them. This application is a for teachers and students. Teachers can create one or more quick tests and student can take those tests. Teacher as well as student can see the performance in terms of accuracy and speed. We also provide some more analytics (few graphs and bar charts) to make student self-aware. We have built a preliminary wireframe which we will share with selected vendor but again that is only for reference. You can use some part of it or throw it because we want you to take full freedom in unleashing your creativity on every aspect of User Interface design as well as user experience (UX). The design should also work flawlessly on tablets. In order to shortlisted for consideration, you would first need to send your portfolio/work you have done in the past. Later, you also be required to create one screen from our app (we will provide details of the screen). Thank you for taking a look at this project and we are looking forward to make you a partner.
