Complete a wordpress layout and work with a developer to completion

I have started creating a Wordpress layout for www.ninemag.co.uk. We currently have a temporary sign up page active and coded by the developer you will be working with and some things will cross over. I am going away on holiday for two weeks and this project needs completing ASAP! As a result I need to outsource the remaining design work. I will be picking the designer to work with tomorrow evening EST. The website is to be a tattoo magazine in a blog format. I am expecting a designer who has a lot of talent and has plenty of experience with user interfaces and web development. Most of this project will involve producing the small bits of a wordpress site as the majority of the structure and direction is completed. Attached is a preview of what I have put together so far. I do not mind paying a higher rate than advertised providing that the work is completed at a competent speed. You will need to be in conversation with the developer for any bits he requires. Step 1: Compete homepage mockup. Send to me and then send to developer. Step 2: Complete rest of site design. Send to me and then send to the developer. Step 3: Work with the developer until completion for any bits he may need (forum design elements for example). You will be able to reach me once per evening as I will be in Florida on a holiday and won't be able to put my full attention towards this (hence outsourcing here). I will reply to all questions etc as soon as I get chance but it could be 24 hours or so before I get chance to do so. I opted for an hourly price as it seemed to make the most sense here, give me an idea on what you think it'll take to complete roughly and let me know your hourly rate. I have plenty of previous articles for you to work with to create content rather than Lorum Ipsum.... It is vital that great typography is at the forefront of this project. Font wise I have been using typekit so you'll need an account for that I imagine. I think that's everything! Good luck!
