Android/iOS Open World RPG app

Im looking for someone to create an app for me which can be published to both iOS/Android formats. I am looking to publish a game ASAP Also want them to add my ads in the game etc. I want a mobile open world game like skyrim where heroes can explore/do quest for example [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] If you already have an App like this, then I only require some minor reskin/design for them
