animation

I have a web game about boxing (box2glory). I want to have some animations to be added for the game as boxers fight during rounds. The game already generates what happens during boxing rounds (every punch/combination/block, etc. and at which time) but i want to have animations, not just text. Maybe some simple 2d view from above, with simple shapes represening boxers head/shouders, hands. With animation showing hits/misses, and different type of punches. (there are 4 types -jab,straight,hook,uppercut). The animation will need to be created using some software that can do this on a fly as a game generates a fight output. This is serious work, I would like to see your proposed idea. I will need to talk to serious proposal for you to understand fully. I would approximate 40 hours to do this once the work starts if you have the right skills. If I like it I have many other items box2glory needs to freshen up.
