Book Reading Site

I need a 10-Question IQ test website. It'll work like this.. a user can sign up either as an Author or a Reader. Free to sign up. If it's an author, we'll let them create an IQ test for their first book free. They have to sign up as an author, and then go to "Create Test." Then they'll upload the book cover, and the description of the book, as well as the author's name, and the link to find it on Amazon. Then they'll click Next and go to Insert Question 1. Underneath Question 1, they have to put in 3 multiple choice answers, and select which one is the correct answer. They save and continue all the way until they get to 10 questions. Then they save and approve of the draft, and it's uploaded and sent into the IQ Bookshelf for the readers to pick from in order to take a test on. They'll also be provided a link to promote their book IQ test. If they try to upload another book, they have to upgrade to a paid account. Also, paid authors will have profiles and show how many fans they have. They will be able to post updates on their message board to their fans. When people sign up as a reader, they'll have a small profile showing their picture, name, location, and how many books they've taken tests on, and how many tests they've passed. They should be able to select "Take New Test" and type in the book they're looking for, and take a test on it. It'll be multiple choice, and they have to get at least 7 correct in order to pass. They'll find out in the end. They'll also have the ability to re-test if they got it wrong once. Two tests maximum per book. After they pass, they can share to Facebook, Twitter, or Google by clicking one button, or they can invite friends. You can build this however you choose, just as long as it gets done quickly.
