I have recently finished overhauling the scoring system for Canterbury Country Rugby (New Zealand). As part of that I used a MySQL database to store the game information and then retrieved and displaying that information for the general public. You can check it out at ccrscoring.co.nz. I have also recently finished creating a paid quiz site for a freelance client which allows users to signup and take either free or paid quizzes which they could win monetary prizes for doing well. I also created a custom backend to allow to a site admin to add/edit/delete quizzes as well as monitor user information. Can you share link of your site please? I am not sure why everyone is quoting so high. You can get your site indexed and also add custom search engine using google search engine. I can get that implemented for you.

I am a web software engineer from Romania with a strong passion for programming. I would recommend using MySql database manangement system and php as programming language to add new entries and select data from the database. I would recommend using integrated into a framework, Yii2 which is very fast and secure. You can not use HTML as it is just for displaying data on the page, not for managing it, it's not a programming language.
