Build a Theme / HTML 5 (+ Bootstrap / Jquery)

Hello, *** No agency. Only Freelancer *** we're looking for a web designer / web integration specialist (HTML 5) We're providing some samples (JPG files). What you will have to do : - based on the samples provided, you will have to create a theme under HTML 5 ; - the theme should be in responsive - max-width: 1180px - your theme should be compatible with 99% of computers / mobiles / tablets - the header / footer will never changed according to the page, so you're free to use it again - don't install this theme under Wordpress or any other kind of CMS. Your theme should be delivered in HTML5 only (one file per page) - you should use Bootstrap as Framework & Jquery - your code should be clear / professional - The text content / images should appears clearly (no background images). - your theme should show some style effects (described below). Your theme should include the following pages : - Homepage (file : [login to view URL]) - Listing all main categories (file : [login to view URL]) - Category (file : [login to view URL]) - Product (file : [login to view URL]) - Customer Account / Personal Informations + Orders List (file : [login to view URL]) - Customer Account / Order Information (file : [login to view URL]) - Customer Sign In / Customer Sign Up (there is no file included but keep in mind that this page should include some basic informations like : email address & password => LOGIN. I provided you a sample about the two forms : [login to view URL]) - Contact page (file : [login to view URL]) - Products Features (file : [login to view URL]) - FAQ (file : [login to view URL]) IMPORTANT : When the user clicks on PRODUITS, it should display a Menu like this : [login to view URL] All the content of the page should moves down (the concerned link : “The Works”). This menu should be made with Jquery. When the search icon is clicked, it should appeas a small search bar on the same line. The Web Design should include some style effects. I will provide you the details (files) about the design by PM. This mission is URGENT, so you will have to start on July 05 2016. It should be delivered before July 09, 2016. You should work at full time on this project. For this mission, you will have to work online. I will provide you all the FTP Credentials (FTP username, password). Budget: 200 – 250 euros Best regards
