Building a presentation. around 10 pages. possibility of building our website afterwards

I am trying to present a possible business to a highly qualified entrepreneur. My main product is tea tree oil and my brand name is ABSOLUTE. I want to present an entire range to this man, expanding my plain blue bottle fo tea tree oil into a story... a bunch of products such as shampoos, conditioners, face wash, face creams, body creams, scrubs, hand and nal creams, foot creams, acne solution etc. My market is absolutely VIP. I want it to be very professional, unique and have a luxurious feel at all times. I would like to bring a His and Hers range into it and hopefully I will find a freelancer who can try understand our story, find some beautiful bottles, tubes to add our graphoc onto and bring a common theme throughout. We have done a lot fo the work, we just need it to look professional and very up market. I have plenty of files to send through so you can have an understanding of what we are wanting.
