Design a Website Mockup and HTML Responsive

Hi We need a designer..We need design of page with reference of website: [login to view URL] We need two mockups to decide.. #1 First in Blue and light colors with ethics and nice look. #2 Night time scene with stars Website will be for same Psychic advisory and chat. We need same kind of a banner with girl which can pleased and indicate like good to chat with us and on banner we want something like Free Psychic Advisory and Chat We would like there on home page something content for about us..Where we will mention about our team and our aim. We will have three chat plans..for 15 minuts which will be free 30 minutes which will cost $20 One hour or 60 minutes which will cost 40$ Footer we need nice looking with our quick links/ contact details//and a simple contact form on footer. FB/Twitter/G+ Sharebuttons Menu will be Home/ About US/ News / Our Services/psychics wanted/ Contact Us We need Chat Popup also in mockup..Because this website will have chat facility.
