La empresa desde hace 25 años se dedica a la venta de refacciones de línea blanca y electrodomésticos. Cuenta con 8 sucursales en Guadalajara y zona metropolitana. De la misma manera para aumentar venta a nivel nacional, la empresa cuenta con página web [login to view URL] en la cual se maneja catálogo de todas las refacciones. El Director general quiere dar nueva imagen a la nueva sucursal, iniciando con logotipo (símbolo y nombre). En la empresa se han realizado algunas propuestas pero no han convencido del todo a los Directivos. Para la nueva sucursal, su giro será venta de refacciones en línea blanca y en refrigeración, se agrega a esta sucursal venta de instalación de aire acondicionado (mini-split) y refacciones. La idea es manejar un concepto, limpio, actual y original. No es necesario que se manejen los colores del logotipo de la empresa Red Hogar.
