Early Stage Land Subdivision Drawings

I am working on a land subdivision of 40-50 1 acre lots spread over an existing site of approx. 80 acres that is currently vegetated heavily and has never been built on. I would like a package of high level attractive master planning / marketing drawings to finalize my feasibility analysis and identify initial market interest in the project. I am thinking the package would consist of the following drawings all set on a professional looking title block: 1. Existing Site Plan 2. Existing Services Site Plan (colour coded using authority records to overlay the existing services onto the existing site plan - water, electricity, telecommunications etc.) 3. Site Contour Plan (overlay the council record topographical contour map onto the site plan) 4. Draft my sketch layout onto the site plan scaled accurately to produce the Proposed Site Layout drawing. This drawing shows the lot configuration and streets. Each lot needs to be numbered, scaled accurately and labelled with lot number and lot size in square metres. 5. The final drawing I would like to call the Lifestyle Drawing - this would be the pretty marketing drawing of the site. Perhaps we overlay some houses, trees, cars etc. showing the site in use in colour and attractive looking.
